齐志鑫，大连海事大学环境科学与工程学院副教授，硕士生指导教师，博士毕业于英国伦敦大学学院。从事海洋环境科学教学与研究工作，主要研究方向为海上溢油迁移转化与污染防控。作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金、辽宁省自然科学基金等课题项目，荣获2024年度埃尼奖（Eni Award）提名，入选大连市本地高层次人才、大连海事大学“星海工程”教师培养计划。目前已在国内外高水平学术期刊发表科研论文20余篇。主讲《海洋环境评价》、《可持续发展海洋科学》和《环境工程》等课程。

Zhixin Qi is an associate professor from School of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Dalian Maritime University. He graduated from University College London, UK. He is engaged in the teaching and research of marine environmental science, with the main research direction of marine oil spill migration and transformation and pollution prevention and control. As the person in charge, he undertook the national Natural Science Foundation of China, Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation and other projects, etc. He was nominated for the 2024 Eni Award and selected for the Dalian Local High level Talent and Dalian Maritime University's ‘Xinghai Project’ Teacher Training Program. At present, he has published more than 20 scientific research papers in high-level national and international academic journals. His leading courses include Marine Environmental Assessment, Ocean Science for Sustainable Development and Environmental Engineering.
