洪 刚，1979年生，辽宁辽阳人。大连海事大学海洋文化研究中心主任，博士，教授，博士生导师；清华大学、日本创价大学访问学者，首批国家一流课程、 教育部产学合作育人项目、“辽宁省精品资源共享课”和“辽宁省精品视频公开课”等4门课程创建者和主讲人，获得“辽宁省高等学校青年教师教学能手”称号，被评为“辽宁省青年教育科研骨干”“辽宁省高校思想政治理论课中青年骨干教师”。主持国家社科基金项目、教育部人文社会科学一般项目、中国海洋发展研究会、辽宁社会科学基金等项目40余项；参加国家社科基金重大项目、重点项目、一般项目6项；参编著作4部，丛书1部；在《人民日报》《光明日报》《马克思主义研究》《太平洋学报》《山东大学学报》《厦门大学学报》《宁夏社会科学》等报刊公开发表学术论文40余篇。

获得“中国马克思主义研究基金会马克思主义优秀成果奖”“辽宁省哲学社会科学奖成果奖”“辽宁省级本科教学成果奖”等奖励。兼任中国太平学会海洋命运共同体研究专业委员会秘书长、中国海洋发展研究会理事、中国中外文化交流史研究专业委员会理事、大连海事大学海洋治理与发展研究院高级智库专家、大连海事大学海洋文化研究中心主任、大连海事大学池田大作研究中心主任等。主要研究方向：海洋文化与海洋历史研究、大学文化与海洋高等教育。

Hong Gang

Born in 1979 in Liaoyang, Liaoning Province. He is Director of the Marine Culture Research Center at Dalian Maritime University, Ph.D., Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He was a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University and Soka University of Japan.

He is the developer and principal lecturer of four courses, including the firstbatch National FirstClass Course, the IndustryUniversity Cooperation Education Project of the Ministry of Education, Liaoning Provincial HighQuality ResourceSharing Course, and Liaoning Provincial HighQuality Video Open Course. He has been awarded the title of "Young Teaching Expert of Institutions of Higher Education in Liaoning Province", and recognized as "Young Backbone for Education and Scientific Research in Liaoning Province" as well as "YoungandMiddleaged Backbone Teacher for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Liaoning Provincial Universities".

He has presided over more than 40 research projects including programs of the National Social Science Fund of China, General Program of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, projects of the China Ocean Development Research Association, and Liaoning Provincial Social Science Fund. He has participated in 6 major, key and general projects of the National Social Science Fund of China. He has coauthored 4 monographs and one book series, and published over 40 academic papers in newspapers and periodicals such as People’s Daily, Guangming Daily, Studies on Marxism, Pacific Journal, Journal of Shandong University, Journal of Xiamen University and Ningxia Social Sciences.

He has received multiple honors including the Excellent Marxist Research Achievement Award granted by the China Foundation for Marxist Studies, Liaoning Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Achievement Award, and Liaoning Provincial Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Award.

He holds concurrent positions as SecretaryGeneral of the Marine Community with a Shared Future Research Committee under the China Taiping Society, Director of the China Ocean Development Research Association, Director of the China SinoForeign Cultural Exchange History Research Committee, Senior ThinkTank Expert of the Institute for Ocean Governance and Development at Dalian Maritime University, Director of the Marine Culture Research Center and Director of the Daisaku Ikeda Research Center at Dalian Maritime University.

His main research interests cover marine culture and maritime history, university culture and maritime higher education.
