李洋，大连海事大学教授，广东外语外贸大学翻译学博士，西挪威应用科技大学博士后，从事翻译教育、语料库口译研究、语言服务产业等研究，负责辽宁省一流本科课程《英语视听说》，主讲辽宁省一流本科课程《交替传译》，曾负责东北大学优秀本科教学团队“口译教学与实践创新团队”。近年来，李洋围绕语块化口译、口译语料库、口译教学法、翻译人才培养等课题，在SSCI和A&HCI期刊Across Languages and Cultures，Translation and Interpreting Studies和《光明日报》《中国翻译》《现代外语》《外语与外语教学》《东北大学学报（人文社科版）》等高水平期刊累计发表文章和论文20余篇，主持国家社科基金1项（良好等级结项）、科技部国家外国专家项目（个人类）1项、辽宁省社科基金3项、其他省部级项目5项。李洋负责与波兰西里西亚大学签署翻译硕士双学位项目，获批辽宁省校际合作项目，目前已培养30余名中波两国学生，树立与“一带一路”国家合作办学的范例。李洋具有丰富的口译实践经验，先后为辽宁省省委书记和省长会晤外宾担任外方口译员、为2022辽宁国际投资贸易洽谈会开幕式等50余场会议提供同声传译和交替传译。自2017年以来，李洋先后担任中国翻译协会口译委员会委员、口译教育评价联盟常务理事和沈阳市标准化专家。
Li Yang, Professor, Dalian Maritime University, Ph.D. in Translation Studies, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Postdoctoral Researcher, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. His scholarly interest includes but not limited to translation education, corpus-based interpreting studies, and language service industry research. He is responsible for English Audio-Visual-Oral Communication, and the leading instructor of Consecutive Interpreting. Both courses are awarded as provincial-level top-tier undergraduate courses. He formerly headed the "Innovative Interpreting Teaching and Practice Team," recognized as an Outstanding Undergraduate Teaching Team at Northeastern University. He has authored over 20 high-impact articles in SSCI- / A&HCI-indexed journals, including Across Languages and Cultures and Translation and Interpreting Studies, as well as leading Chinese publications such as Guangming Daily, Chinese Translators Journal, Modern Foreign Languages, Foreign Languages and Their Teaching, and Journal of Northeastern University (Social Science). His research focuses on chunk-based interpreting pedagogy, interpreting corpora, and translation talent development. He has spearheaded multiple national and provincial research projects, including National Social Science Fund Project (completed with a commendable rating), National Foreign Experts Program (individual category) by Ministry of Science and Technology, 3 Liaoning Provincial Social Science Fund Projects, 5 additional ministerial / provincial-level research initiatives. He established a dual-degree Master’s program in Translation and Interpreting with the University of Silesia in Poland, which has been approved under the Liaoning Provincial Inter-University Cooperation Program. To date, he has nurtured over 30 Chinese and Polish students, setting an exemplary model for cooperative education under the Belt and Road Initiative. With extensive experiences in interpreting, he has served as a key interpreter for high-level meetings between provincial leaders of Liaoning and foreign dignitaries. He provided simultaneous interpreting and consecutive interpreting services for over 50 major events, including the 2022 Liaoning International Investment and Trade Fair Opening Ceremony. Since 2017, he has assumed Member, Interpreting Committee, Translators Association of China, Executive Council Member, Alliance for Interpreting Education Assessment, Standardization Expert, Shenyang Municipal Government.
